摘要
通过对U形件侧面冲孔工艺的分析 ,介绍了U形件冲孔、压字复合模结构。指出了U形件侧孔冲裁凸模设计要点。
On the basis of technology analysis for the U shape pierced side holes, this paper introduced the struture of compound dies for U shape stamped and pressed-word. The design essentionalities of punch were pointed out when the U shape was side stamped. It was important to die structure for punching precision and die life.
