安太堡选煤厂降低介耗的实践

Experiences of reducing medium consumption in Antaibao coal preparation plant

针对安太堡选煤厂介耗高的问题,采取了改造分级筛、固定筛,调整脱介筛喷水角度和高度,调整振动筛筛缝,改造磁选机等技术措施,有效降低了介耗,使介耗由原来的1.57 kg/t降到1.30 kg/t,从而降低了生产成本,提高了企业经济效益。

To resolve the problem high medium consumption in Antaibao coal preparation plant, meas- ures such as improve the sizing screen and fixed screen, adjust spray angle and height of medium draining screen, adjust seam of vibrating screen, improve the magnetic separator are taken, which effectively re-duced medium consumption. The medium consumption reduced from original 1.57 kg/t to current 1.30 kg/t, lower the production cost and increased the economic befefit.
