矿井多煤层、多煤种条件下煤炭产品结构优化研究

Research on the optimizing of product structure under condition of raw coal from multiple-seams and different coal type in a coal mine

当一个矿井开采多煤层、多煤种、不同特性的原煤时,如何确定产品结构,使煤炭资源得到合理利用、使企业获取最大利润,是企业重点考虑的问题。文章以新汶一矿的实际资料为例,进行了一个矿井的产品结构计算和计划开采比例的经济效益预测。结果表明,采用科学的方法,可以预测不同分选条件下的最佳经济效益,从而帮助煤炭生产企业进行产品结构的优化,并对矿井确定不同煤层的开采比例提供有益的参考。

When a colliery mined multiple -seams and different coal type, how to determine the produc-tion structure so as to gain maximum profit and to utilize the coal resource effectively is an issue should an enterprise considered. The paper using a set of actual data taken from a mine as an example, calculated the product structure and predicted the economic benefit of the planned mining proportion. The result shows that the optimal benefit and production structure could be forecasted with the scientific arithmetic and that a referential proportion of mining different coal seams could be provided.
