摘要
研究了用在工作带区内带弹性圈的模具拉伸轴对称零件的后续过程。该结构可沿拉伸的毛坯圆柱部分建立补充有效摩擦力 ,并可减小危险截面内的应力 ,从而可提高拉伸系数 。
Posterior drawing forming process was studied by using a drawing die with elastic ring to operate on work zone of axisymmetric parts. The die structure can create additional active frictional force along the cylindrical parts of billet, and can reduce stress in dangerous section, hence, improves drawing coefficient and reduces irregularity of wall thickness.
