Brief Analysis on the Legal Protection of Network Privacy Right in the Network Age

随着网络技术的快速发展,网络侵权已屡见不鲜。就网络隐私权的界定进行了探讨,并就国内、国外网络隐私权保护现状做了简要介绍,同时对构建和完善我国网络隐私权法律保护体系从立法、行政、司法三个方面提出了一些建设性意见。

with the rapid development of network technology, network tort has been ofen seen. This paper discusses the definition of network privacy right and briefly introduces the situation of protection of network privacy right in domestic and foreign countries, at the same time, puts forward some constructive suggestions from three aspects of legislative, administrative, judicial on constructing and perfecting the legal protection sys- tem of network privacy right.
