百万公众网络学习工程现状分析及促进发展措施刍议

An Analysis and Promoting Measures of “the Engineering of Millions of People's Network Learning”

百万公众网络学习工程是贵州实施全民科学素质行动计划的重要内容,是我省为深入贯彻落实党的十七届四中全会和贵州省委十届七次全会精神,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,大力实施国务院《全民科学素质行动计划纲要》,促进全民科学文化素质的提高而实行的一个重大文化工程。黔南地区属于少数民族地区,经济发展水平相对滞后,全民科学素质也处于相对落后的状态。分析学生网络学习现状,阐明工程实施意义,提出了促进工程健康发展的措施。

＂The Engineering of Millions of Poople＇s Network teaming＂ is a great cultural engineering to implement the concept of scientific de- velopment and an impommt part d ＂the Action Program for Science Attainment of the Entire People＂. As Qianaan lies in minority mountainous areas where the level of economic development is backward, the paper first analyzes the present situation of the students＇network learning and then expounds the significanee of implementing the engineering and puts forward some measures for its development.
