摘要
目的:建立结香中山奈酚的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以XB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为分离柱,以甲醇-0.5%磷酸(57:43)为流动相,366nm为检测波长,柱温为室温。结果:山奈酚在9.9~158.4μg/mL范围内,峰面积与其浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为103.0%,RSD为0.78%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为该药材含量测定方法。
Objective: To assay the content of Kaempferol in Edgeworthia chrysantha by HPLC. Method: The XB - C18 (4. 6 mm× 250mm, 5μm) column was used, the mobile phase consisted of Methanol: -0. 5% phosphoric acid (57 : 43), the detection wave length was 366nm and the column temperature was room temperature. Results: Linearity of Quercitr was good at 9. 9 -158.4μg/ mL (r =0. 9999). The average recovery of buddleodide was 103.0% with RSD less than 0. 78% (n =6). Conclution: The method is simple, accurate and repeatable, which can be applied in determination of Kaempferol in Edgeworthia chrysantha.
