摘要
目的:为了使干燥过程中丹参根有效物质含量损失降到最低,比较原料前期不同干燥处理,得出一个最优工艺。方法:采用四种不同的干燥处理方法对丹参根进行一个外形和目标物含量测定的实验。结果:丹参根原料经过不同方式的前处理,以隐丹参酮的含量为考量标准,60℃烘干处理的丹参材料隐丹参酮的含量最高,为丹参最佳的处理方法。
Objective: In order to make the Salvia content minimized loss after different pro - drying treatmen in drying process. Method: Salvia root determination from shape and content of target experiment using four different drying methods. Result: The raw material of salvia miltiorrhiza roots after different previous drying treatments, the results showed that: the properties of salvia miltiorrhi- za roots have significant differences; Set the content of tanshinones as the key factor, target objects cryptotanshinone and root skin color is irrelevant; 60℃ drying processes of salvia materials get the highest content of cryptotanshinone. This experiment is the best process- ing method.
