Determination of stachydrine hydrochloride in Yimucao tablets by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定益母草片中盐酸水苏碱的含量方法。方法:色谱柱为NH2柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(78:22);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:202nm。结果:盐酸水苏碱的浓度在2.5635～12.8175μg/mL范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=5),平均回收率98.6%,RSD为0.45%。结论:本法准确、快速、简便可靠、结果稳定,可用于益母草片的含量测定。

Abstract： Objective： To establish the determination of stachydrine hydrochloride in Yimucao tablets by HPLC. Methods： The sample was analyzed on a NH2 （200mm ×4. 6mm, 5μm） column by using acetonitrile - water （78 ： 22） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mg/ml ; The wavelength of detector was 202nm. Results： The linear range was 2. 5635 -12. 8175μg· ml -1 with the correlation coefficient r = 0. 9999 （n = 5 ）. The average recovery was 98.6% with RSD 0. 45 %. Conclusion： The method is accurate rapid and simple . It can be used for the determination of Yimucao tablets.
