新生儿以家庭为中心的护理模式效果分析

Analysis of the effect of family-centered nursing mode of family nursing intervention in newborn baby

目的:探讨以家庭为中心的新型护理模式对新生儿家庭护理的干预效果。方法:观察新生儿180例,采用随机方式,将新生儿分为传统育儿模式对照组和以家庭为中心的新型护理模式观察组,人数均为90例;对两组模式下新生儿发病、体格生长发育情况,产妇护理知识掌握情况等进行统计,并做记录和分析。结果:观察组进行家庭护理干预实施后,新生儿的发病率明显低于对照组,产妇对于新生儿护理知识的了解掌握程度、新生儿体格发育情况均明显优于对照组,结果 (P<0.05)具有统计学意义。结论:以家庭为中心的新型护理模式促进护患关系,让产妇对于护士的新生儿护理演示或者是临床指导用心记住,提高新生儿的保健、喂乳、育儿、护理知识的掌握率,减少了新生儿的发生率,促进新生儿健康成长。

Objective： Analyze the effect of family - centered nursing mode of family nursing intervention in newborn baby. Meth- ods： 180 newborn baby in our hospital were randomly divided into model experiment, the newborn nursing mode group of traditional par- enting model control group and family - centered nursing mode of family nursing intervention group, there were 90 cases; statistics the mode of neonatal morbidity, physical growth and development and maternity nursing knowledge, and made a record. Results： After nurs- ing intervention, cases in experimental group the neonatal morbidity was significantly lower than that in control group, the maternal for neonatal nursing knowledge, master degree of physical development of neonates were significantly better than that in control group, the re- suits were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Take the new nursing mode t of family nursing as the center to promote nurse -patient relationship, let women to remember nurse neonatal demonstration or clinical guidance carefully, improve neonatal health, milk, child care, nursing knowledge rate, reduce the incidence of neonatal, promote the healthy growth of newborns.
