HPLC法测定藏药十五味乳鹏丸中大黄酚的含量

Content determination of Chrysophanol in Tibet traditional medicine Shiwuwei Rupeng pills by HPLC

目的：建立藏药十五味乳鹏丸中大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法：色谱柱为岛津VP—ODSc18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）；以甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液（85：15）为流动相；流速为1．0mL／min；检测波长为430nm。结果：大黄酚的线性范围为0．015884—0．07942μg（r=0．9992），平均回收率为100．81％，RSD％=1．6％。结论：本方法高效，快速，灵敏，可用于藏药催汤丸的质量控制。

Objective To set up a method for determining the content of chrysophanol in Shiwuwei Rupeng Wan. Methods The chromatogram column was SHIMADZU VP - ODS Cls （4. 6mm ×250mm, 5μ m）, the mobile phase composition was methanol - 0. 1% orthphosphoric acid （85 ： 15） , the flow rate was 1 mL/min, the detection wavelength was at 430nm. Results The linear range of chrysophanol was 0. 015884 -0. 07942μg, r =0. 9992. The average recovery rate was 100. 81%, RSD% = 1.6%. Conclusion The method is highly effective, quick and sensitive, and suitable for quality control of Tibet traditional medicine Shiwuwei RuDen~ oills.
