左金方提取工艺研究

目的:优选左金方水提工艺。方法:采用L9(34)表设计水提正交实验,水提工艺以提取时间、加水量、提取次数为考察因素,以盐酸小檗碱含量及得膏率作为评价指标。结果:最佳水提工艺为8倍水提取2小时,提取3次。结论:该水提工艺简单可行,重复性良好,为左金方的工业化生产提供实验依据。
