摘要
目的:优选左金方水提工艺。方法:采用L9(34)表设计水提正交实验,水提工艺以提取时间、加水量、提取次数为考察因素,以盐酸小檗碱含量及得膏率作为评价指标。结果:最佳水提工艺为8倍水提取2小时,提取3次。结论:该水提工艺简单可行,重复性良好,为左金方的工业化生产提供实验依据。
Objective Optimization of Zuojinfang water extraction process. Methods Using the orthogonal test of L9 (34 ) to design water extraction and alcohol precipitation of orthogonal experiment, Water extraction process with extraction time, the amount of water, extraction time as factors, The content of berberine hydrochloride, extract yield as the evaluation index. Results The optimum extrac- tion technology was 8 times of water extraction of 2 hours, 3 times of extraction. Conclusion The water extraction process is simple and feasible, and good reproducibility. It can provide the experimental basis for the industrial production of Zuo Jinfang .
