摘要
通过对井架底部火烧部位和未火烧部位进行硬度和显微组织的对比试验发现 ,火烧部位硬度得到提高 ;金相组织分析判断火烧部位曾进入到相变温度 ,使原来为退火状态的井架底部进行了一次不充分正火。
By the comparison of hardness and optical microstructure between fired part and non-fired part of the well-frame,it is found that the hardness of the fired part has increased.Microstructure observation shows that the fired part was ever heated to transformation temperature which made the well-frame undergo a normalization.
