摘要
目的:为及时发现粉尘作业工人的职业健康损害,评价粉尘作业人员的健康变化与职业病危害因素的关系。方法:根据相关的职业病诊断标准对138例粉尘工作人员进行职业健康检查,并对体检结果进行分析。记录粉尘作业人员的呼吸道自觉症状和体检各项指标的异常检验情况。结果:粉尘作业人员的异常症状检出率与工人的年龄、工龄及是否吸烟有重要联系。结论:粉尘作业人员需充分了解粉尘对身体的危害,定期进行体检,做好防尘措施,减少粉尘对机体的危害。
Objective： To discover the relationship between dust work workers＇occupational health damage evaluation dust health staff change and occupational hazards. Methods： According to the occupational disease diagnostic criteria, the 138 eases of dust workers occupational health were examined, and the examination results were analyzed. The abnormal test dust workers respiratory symp- toms and physical examination of the indicators were recorded. Results： The detection rate of abnormal symptoms of dust workers with workers age, length of service and whether smoking has an important contact. Conclusion： Dust workers need to fully understand the hazards of dust on the body, periodic medical examinations, good dust control measures to reduce the hazards of dust on the body.
