Neurological department of internal medicine nursing safe hidden danger and countermeasure of elderly patients

目的:探讨神经内科老年患者护理安全隐患,采取有效的防范对策,确保患者的护理安全。方法:对神经内科65岁以上的老年住院患者进行分析,针对性的采取安全防范措施。结果:采取措施后患者护理不良事件的发生率明显减少,由原来的8.5%(17/200)降至1%(2/200)(P<0.01)。结论:防范对策在一定程度上提高了护理安全,值得采纳。

Objective： Discussion for senile patients in Department of Neurology nurses the security hidden danger, take effective prevention measures to ensure the safety of patient~ nursing care. Methods： Select the hospital nerve internal medicine over 65 years old hospitalized patients for analysis, targeted to take preventive measures. Results： After taking measures of Neurology in elderly hos- pitalized patients, nursing adverse event rates decreased significantly, from 8. 5% （17/200） to 1% （2/200）, P 〈0. 01. Conclu- sions： This paper puts forward the countermeasures to some extent and imvrove nursing safety is worth taking.
