米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊与单用米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效对比

Comparison of Curative Effect of Mifepristone Combined with Gongliuxiao Capsule and Mifepristone Alone in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

目的对比米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊与单用米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法将162例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各81例,观察组给予米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗,对照组仅给予米非司酮治疗,3个月为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程,患者停药后按期随诊6个月以上,并有完整随访记录。对两组临床疗效进行对比观察。结果治疗后观察组子宫肌瘤体积小于对照组,月经量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为93.8%,高于对照组的76.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访半年观察组无复发。结论米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤能明显减少月经量,疗效显著,在子宫肌瘤保守治疗方面值得临床推广。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of Mifepristone combined with Gongliuxiao capsule and Mifepris- tone alone in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma. Methods 162 patients with uterine leiomyoma were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, each 81 cases. The total effective rate of observation group was 93.8%, which was significantly higher than the control group of 76. 5%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Followed up six months, patients in observation group did not recurrenced. Conclusion Mifepristone combined with Gongliuxiao capsule is effective than a single Mifepristone treatment of u- terine leiomyoma, which can reduce the amount of menstruation significantly, effect quickly and lastingly. It＇s worthy of clinical application in the conservative treatments of uterine leiomyoma.
