北京市食品安全信息化管理体系构建研究

食品安全事件的频发不断拷问着我国的食品安全监管体系,也暴露出我国食品安全信息管理方面存在的严重漏洞,推进食品安全监管信息化建设已成为政府相关部门工作的重点。近年来北京市在食品安全信息化管理方面也作出了不少有益的尝试,但与发达国家相比还有很大差距。借鉴国外发达国家的食品安全信息化管理体系的有益经验,针对目前北京市食品安全信息化管理的发展现状及存在的问题提出建立食品安全可追溯系统,加强追溯技术的开发应用;建立统一的食品安全信息管理和综合服务平台;加快建设完善的食品安全信息网;政府监管部门要加强同科研院所合作,正确引导大众媒体舆论导向等对策建议。

Frequent occurrence of food safety incidents continue to torture of China’s food safety regulatory system.This exposed that there are serious flaws in China’s food security information management,so it has become the focus of the relevant government departments’working to promote food safety regulatory information technology.In recent years,Beijing has also made a lot of useful attempt on food safety information management,but there is still a big gap compared with developed countries.Learning the useful experience of food security information management system from developed countries,at the basis of the current development status and existing problems of Beijing food safety information management,we propose some policy suggestions as follows： establish food safety traceability system to enhance development and application of traceability technology;establish uniform platform of food security information management and integrated service;accelerate to construct a comprehensive food safety information network;the supervision government departments should strengthen cooperation with research institutes and correctly guide public opinion of mass media.
