摘要
随着酒店业的蓬勃发展和竞争的日益激烈,庞大的酒店业亟需一大批高素质的酒店管理人才。采用网络内容分析方法对我国高星级酒店人力资源需求进行调查,结果表明:我国高星级酒店不同岗位在学历、工作经验、计算机水平和外语水平等方面的需求存在明显差异,但对性别、普通话水平需求的差异并不明显;不同星级酒店对于普通话水平的需求差异小,但五星级酒店更加重视计算机和英语水平。我国高星级酒店人力资源需求的主要特征为:学历门槛不高、性别要求的倾向不明显、员工年龄年轻化、工作经验受到充分重视、对语言的要求呈现地域化、具有一定的计算机应用能力等。
With the vigorous development of the hotel industry and increasingly fierce competition,the huge hotel industry need a large contingent of hotel management talent.In this paper,the network content analysis on Chinese human resource needs of high-star hotels,investigation showed: Chinese high-star hotel in different positions in terms of qualifications,work experience,computer skills and foreign language proficiency and other needs there are significant differences,but the differences of gender and Mandarin Chinese demand are not obvious;there are the small difference in Mandarin Chinese in diffiereat star hotel.However,five-star hotels will be more emphasis on computers and English level.Chinese high-star hotel human resource needed are that the main features of academic threshold is not high,the tendency is not obvious gender requirements,employees younger age,work experience by the full attention of the language requirements presentes localization,with some computer skills,etc.
