摘要
实验研究了 CaO—SiO_2-TiO_2-Al_2O_3-MgO炉渣在不同温度和氧分压下,三价和四价 Ti氧化物间的氧化还原平衡.结果表明:在<2时,与 近似呈线性关系,并可用 来判断炉渣碱度; 随全二氧化钛摩尔分数 的增大而增大;升高温度有利于渣中高价 Ti氧化物的还原(w为质量分数,x为摩尔分数)
An experimental study has been made by means of chemical equilibria method on redox equilibria between Ti^3+ and Ti^4+ in CaO-SiO_2-TiO_2-Al_2O_3-MgO slags at different temperatures and The results show that the dependence between and (w, mass fraction) is nearly a linear when is less than 2, the basicity of slags can be determined as and increases with, total titania mole fraction X_(Tio2,Tot) in the slags.
