摘要 胰岛素样生长因子ⅡmRNA结合蛋白3(IMP3)是最新发现的一种mRNA结合蛋白,在正常成年人体内的表达与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。在原发性消化系统肿瘤中,IMP3蛋白通过与多种促肿瘤转移因子的mRNA相结合,促进这些因子的表达,从而促进肿瘤的转移。近几年的研究结果表明,在胰腺癌、肝癌、结肠癌等多种肿瘤中IMP3蛋白的表达明显升高,而在良性肿瘤中几乎不表达,因此其可作为多种恶性肿瘤诊断和预后判断的分子标志物。 Insulin-like growth factor II mRNA binding protein 3 ( IMP3 ) is a latest mRNA binding protein, which is closely related to tumorigenesis and development of tumor in normal adults. In the primary tumors of digestive system,IMP3 protein combines with a variety of tumor-promoting transfer factor mRNA to promote the expression of these factors, thus promoting tumor metastasis. Research results in recent years indicate that IMP3 is obviously overexpressed in pancreatic cancer, liver cancer, colon cancer, while it's barely expressed in benign tumors, therefore it can be used as molecular markers for malignancy diagnosis and prognosis.
