摘要
心肌纤维呈短柱状,多数有分支,相互连接成网状。相邻的两条心肌纤维的连接处称闰盘,是心肌细胞间的机电耦合,在心肌的兴奋传导中发挥重要作用。关于不同基因在心肌闰盘机电传导中的作用和影响,很多学者都做出了相应的研究,如发现ZO-1、Cx43和Cx45等及其之间可能存在的相互作用,在不同病理情况下各种连接蛋白的变化情况等。该文就ZO-1、Cx43的功能、联系及其在临床上的应用等相关研究进展予以综述。
The myocardial fibers appear like short column, most of which have branches connecting to each other. The adjacent myocardial fiber joint is called intercalated disc, which is the electromechanical coupling of myocardial cells for cardiac conduction. Plenty of scholars have made corresponding researches about the functions of different genes related to cardiac conduction, such as ZO-1, Cx43, Cx45 and their inter- actions and changes of connexins in different pathological conditions. Here is to make a review of the research progress of functions and connections of ZO-1 and Cx43, and their clinical applications.
