Treatment Progress in Metacarpal Neck Fracture

掌骨颈骨折常由握拳时掌骨头受到冲击的传达暴力所致,多发于青年人。掌骨颈骨折多为横形骨折,属于不稳定骨折,宜手术复位,以提高手功能的恢复。目前,掌骨颈骨折常用的治疗方法有闭合复位外固定、闭合复位内固定及切开复位内固定。手部需要完成精细动作,对骨折愈合后的外观、功能有更高的要求,如何选择合适的治疗方法仍存在争议。

Metacarpal bone fracture is often caused by impact on metacarpal head from violence, more often seen in young people. Metacarpal neck fractures are mostly transverse fractures, belonging to the unstable fracture, where reset operation is suitable to improve hand function recovery. Commonly used treatments include closed reduction and external fixation, closed reduction and internal fixation and open reduction and internal fixation. The hand is needed to complete fine mo6on,which has high reciuirements for the appearance and function after the fracture healing ,where controversies still exist for selection of the appropriate treatment.
