摘要 经皮椎体成型术(PVP)和经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)经过不断的发展,如今已成为骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者治疗的理想选择。大量的临床资料研究证明,PVP和PKP后具有满意的镇痛和稳定椎体的作用,能够减轻腰背痛和活动受限,可明显提高患者的生存质量。近年来,在骨水泥填充材料、穿刺设备、量-效关系等方面都有了新的尝试和认识,推动了PVP和PKP的发展和进步。 Percutaneous vertebroplasty ( PVP ) and percutaneous kyphoplasty ( PKP), with continuous development, have become the ideal choices for patients suffering from osteoporosis v.ertebral compressed frac- tures. PVP and PKP have very effective analgesia effect and stabling vertebral function proved by a lot of clin- ical data and evidence-based medicine. They can relieve back pain and limited mobility, so to improve the quality of life of patients significantly. And now there are new attempts and perspectives on bone cement materials, puncture device and dose-effect relationships, which promote the development and advancement of PVP and PKP.
