中医综合疗法治疗寻常性痤疮的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Comprehensive Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Acne Vulgaris

目的探讨中医综合疗法治疗寻常性痤疮的效果。方法选取2009年6月至2012年2月在深圳市龙岗区布吉人民医院就诊的寻常性痤疮患者186例,将其按照简单随机化的方法分为两组,观察组采用中医综合疗法,对照组采用中医单纯疗法,每组各93例,组间进行疗效对比。结果治疗后,观察组的皮疹和中医证候总评分均显著低于对照组(t=11.23,4.74,P<0.05),观察组的疗效显著优于对照组的常规疗法,比较差异有统计学意义(u=2284.50,P<0.05)。结论四位一体的中医综合疗法,能达到标本兼治的目的,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treating acne vulgaris. Methods From June 2009 to February 2012,186 cases of patients with acne vulgaris from Longgang District Buji People＇s Hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group by simple randomization： the observation group used comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and the control group used conventional therapy which was oral Viaminate Capsules combined with external application of vitamin A acid cream, there were 93 cases in each group and their treatment effect was compared. Results After treatment the rash total score and TCM total score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ t = 11.23,4.74, P 〈 0, 05 ）, the ther- apeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ u = 2284.50, P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine therapy can achieve the goal of thorough cure, which is worthy of clinical application.
