个体化康复治疗对脑卒中失语症患者语言障碍影响的研究

Individualized Rehabilitation Therapy Influence on Language Disorders of Stroke Patients with Aphasia

目的观察个体化康复治疗对脑卒中失语症患者语言障碍的临床疗效。方法将符合病例入选标准的102例患者依据临床表现分为三组:功能障碍组(42例)、能力障碍组(33例)、心理障碍组(27例),三组再分别随机分为治疗组、对照组1、对照组2,分别采用舒尔刺激法、交流效果促进法、语音语义法进行治疗。比较个体化康复治疗对脑卒中失语症患者语言障碍的影响。结果功能障碍组、能力障碍组、心理障碍组三组的治疗组患者经过45 d不同的康复方法治疗,语言障碍评分均有提高,治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论个体化康复治疗对脑卒中失语症患者存在的语言障碍有很好的疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of individualized rehabilitation for stroke patients with aphasia language barriers. Methods One hundred and two patients who met the case inclusion criteria based on the clinical manifestations were divided into three groups：dysfunction group（42 cases）, disabilities group（ 33 cases）, psychological disorders group （27 cases） ;each of the three groups were then randomly divided into a treatment group, control group 1, and control group 2, which were treated with Shure＇s stimulation, exchange effects promotion, and voice semantics treatment respectively. Individual rehabilitation influ- ence on stroke patients with aphasia language barriers was compared. Results After 45 d of different reha- bilitation treatments ,language barriers ratings of the three groups have improved, and the differences were sta- tistically significant before and after treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Individualized rehabilitation of stroke patients with aphasia language barriers has a good effect.
