腰椎体滑脱症手术治疗后的相关并发症分析

Analysis on the Complications of Lumbar Spondylolisthesis Treated by Operation

目的探讨在腰椎体滑脱症行复位固定椎弓钉棒系统联合螺纹状椎间融合器内外植骨手术治疗后的相关并发症的原因及避免方法。方法选取沧州和平医院2009年1月至2012年1月共120例腰椎体滑脱症患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,观察组80例,对照组40例,对比两组患者间近期(住院期间)、远期(随访6个月内)术后的相关并发症情况。结果两组患者均获得随访,时间3~36个月,平均12个月。观察组近期术后相关并发症发生率为6.15%,对照组近期术后相关并发症发生率为40%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=21.03,P<0.05),观察组远期术后相关并发症发生率为2.5%,对照组远期术后相关并发症发生率为12.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.13,P<0.05)。结论椎弓钉棒系统联合螺纹状椎间融合器内外植骨治疗腰椎体滑脱症的近期、远期并发症发生率较低。

Objective To investigate the reasons and preventive methods of complications after the oper- ation treating c. Methods From January 2009 to January 2012 year, 120 cases of patent ductus arteriosus from Cangzhou Heping Hospital were selected and randomly（ rt^ndom number table） divided into the observation group （ 80 cases） and control group （ 40 cases）, short term （ during hospitalization ） and long term （ during the 6 months follow-up ） complications after operation of the two groups were compared. Results Both groups of patients were follow-up, for 3 to 36 months, with an average of 12 months. Short term operation related complications incidence of the observation group was 6.15%, of the control group was 40%, which was statistically significant different（ X2 = 21.03, P 〈 0.05 ）. Long term postoperative complications inci- dence of the observation group was 2.5% ,of the control group was 12.5% ,which was statistically significant different （X2 = 11.13, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Pedicle screw rod system combined with TFC threaded inter- vertebral fusion device and bone graft has lower short term and long term complication incidence in the treat- ment of lumbar spondylolisthesis.
