摘要
为克服以往激光器普遍采用以晶闸管作为逆变元件的开关电源存在的缺点 ,研制了以IGBT为功率变换器件的开关型脉冲激光器电源 ,其主电路采用谐振型电流过零关断工作方式 。
Switch onoff pulse laser power with IGBT as power inversion device is developed,which eliminates the weakness of thyristor as power inversion device in the past .Resonant current zero passage turnoff mood is applied in its main circuit which solve the problem of device damage fundamentally.
