摘要
达州玖源化工有限公司40万t/a合成氨装置系于2007年引进的美国二手设备,2010年建成投产,但其锅炉给水泵在高负荷运行时存在打量不足等问题。介绍了锅炉给水泵的工艺流程和运行数据;分析了锅炉给水泵打量不足的原因;提出了相应的技改措施。结果表明,技改后合成氨装置最高负荷达29 035 m3/h,较2011年最高负荷的27 200 m3/h提高了6.75%。
The synthetic ammonia plant with a capacity of 400 000 t/a, in the Dazhou Jiuyuan Chemical Engineering Company Ltd. , was the second- hand equipment imported from USA in 2007, it has been built and put into operation in 2010, but problems of insufficient water quantity pumped by its boiler water feed pump and so on, existed in case of operation under high load. Author has introduced the process flow and operation data for boiler water feed pump ; has analyzed the reason for insufficient water quantity pumped by boiler water feed pump ; has presented the appropriate reformation measures. Result indicates that the maximal load of synthetic ammonia plant reaches to 29 035 m^3/h after technical reformation, it is increased by 6.75% than maxi- mal load 27 200 m^3/h in 2011.
