摘要
19世纪中叶是澳大利亚诗歌发展史上的一个重要阶段,因为澳洲本土诗歌正是在这一时期肇启并发展起来的。为了更好地理解这一历史进程,本文以澳洲第一位本土白人诗人查尔斯·哈珀的诗作为研究对象,着重梳理这些诗歌中的英国浪漫主义特征与澳洲本土浪漫主义特征的演进,旨在证明哈珀对澳大利亚诗歌本土化所作出的开拓性贡献。
1850s is an important stage in the development of Australian poetry history, because Australian local poetry is newly established and developed in this period. In order to better understand this historical process, this paper takes the poems by Charles Harpur, the first local white poet in Australia, as research object, places emphasis on arranging the evo- lution of British romantic features and Australian local romantic features in these poems and aims to demonstrate the pionee- ring contribution made by Harpur to the localization of Australian poetry.
