对以针刺拉伸手法为主的综合方法治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征的疗效研究

Curative Efficacy of Myofascial Pain Syndrome( MPS) bya Comphensive Treatment Focusing on Acupuncture Stretching

目的:研究以针刺拉伸手法为主,功能训练为辅的综合方法治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征的疗效。方法:在确诊为MPS的21名患者中,随机分为3组:I组、II组和III组,每组各7名,其中I组为以针刺拉伸手法为主的综合组、II组为针刺拉伸手法组、III组为功能训练组,各治疗四周。疗效评价指标包括:满意度、疼痛症状和伴随征状、工作能力和运动能力、3个月后症状。分别于治疗结束后和随后3个月后进行以上指标的评分测量,比较三组之间的差异性。结论:采用针刺拉伸手法为主,功能训练为辅的综合方法治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征的疗效显著,明显优于单独采用针刺拉伸手法或者功能训练方法。

Objective ： This paper studied the curative efficacy of MPS patients with a comprehensive treatment dom- inated by acupuncture stretching and supported by functional training. Method： 21 myofascial MPS patients were ran- domly divided into 3 groups （7 for each group） ： Group I, Group II, and Group III. Patients in Group ! were treated with a comprehensive treatment dominated acupuncture stretching and supported by functional training for 4 weeks, pa- tients in Group II were only treated with acupuncture stretching for 4 weeks, while patients in Group III were only treated with functional training for 4 weeks. The indexes for evaluating curative efficacy included ： satisfaction, pain and accom- panied symptom scores, work and athletic capacity, symptom score after 3 months. These indexes were measured imme- diately and 3 months after the 4 weeks of treatment and the results of the 3 groups were compared. Conclusion ： The cur- ative efficacy of MPS patients treated with a comprehensive treatment dominated acupuncture stretching and supported by functional training was obviously better than those who were only treated with acupuncture stretching or functional train- ing.
