摘要
针对目前突发环境预案系统时效性、动态性差等问题,提出一种基于案例推理为主,融合规则推理及空间数据标绘的应急预案快速生成方法。使用改进的层次分析法确定案例的特征属性及权重,研究了案例的表示、检索、适配、学习等过程中的关键技术,并且实现了该系统。
In view of the problems of poor timeliness and dynamics in current environmental emergency plan, the paper proposed one solution combining case-based reasoning, rule-based reasoning and spatial data. A method based reformed-analytic hierarchy process is discussed to identify characteristic attributes and its weights. Some primary techniques are studied, including case representation, case retrieval, case adaptation and system learning. And at last, the system is successful constructed.
