聚丙烯纤维对高强混凝土高温后力学性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 完成了聚丙烯纤维掺量分别为0.6,1.2,1.8,2.4 kg/m3的C60高强混凝土在常温、300℃、500℃、700℃、900℃后的各项力学性能试验,对比分析了不同掺量聚丙烯纤维对C60高强混凝土高温后力学性能的影响,并通过回归分析,建立了高温后高强混凝土残余抗压强度、抗拉强度和抗折强度与温度的关系曲线和解析式。结果表明,在适宜的聚丙烯纤维掺量范围内,高强混凝土高温后的力学性能能够得到明显改善,700℃以后改善效果不明显。 Experiments were performed on the mechanical properties of C60 HSC mixed with PPR of 0.6,1.2,1.8,2.4 kg/m3 before and after high temperature 300℃,500℃,700℃ ,900℃ respectively. Then contrast analysis was done on the effect of different dosage of PPR on the me- chanical behavior of C60 HSC after exposed to high temperatures. The relationship curves between temperature and the residual compressive strength, residual tensile strength, residual flexural strength of HSC were established, and then analytic expression was established through regression analysis. The results demonstrated that the mechanical behavior of HSC obviously improved after high temperature admixed with the appropriate amount of PPR, but not after 700℃.
