摘要
采用圆环压缩法 ,研究了 A5 玻璃和石墨在 TC4钛合金高温变形过程中的润滑性能。结果表明 :用 A5 玻璃作润滑剂 ,摩擦因子 m随温度的升高而减小 ,但在应变速率小于 0 .0 5s- 1,温度高于 950℃时 ,m随温度的升高而增大 ;温度低于 950℃时 ,应变速率对 m影响不大 ,而温度高于 950℃时 ,m随应变速率的增大而减小。用石墨作润滑剂时 ,摩擦因子 m随温度的升高和应变速率的减小而增加。
The lubricities of glass and graphite in the deformation processing of the alloy TC4 have been studied using ring compression testing. The results indicate that when the glass lubricant A5 is used, the friction factor, m , decreases with increasing temperature. However, if the strain rate is less than 0 05 S -1 , and temperature is higher than 950℃, m increases with increasing temperature. At low temperatures, the strain rate has no significant effect on m , but when temperature rises to 950℃, the increase of the strain rate will result in a decreasing m . When graphite is used, m increases with increasing temperature and decreasing the strain rate.
