摘要
采用极化曲线技术 ,研究了中性水中Na2 WO4 对碳钢的缓蚀机理及阴离子、溶解氧、pH的影响 .结果表明 :碳钢在一定浓度的Na2 WO4 溶液中可以钝化 ,WO4 2 -离子与Cl-、OH-离子在碳钢表面存在着竞争吸附 ;介质中溶解氧的增加有助于抑制点蚀 ;SO4 2 -离子浓度低时对碳钢的钝化没有显著影响 ,浓度高时碳钢不能钝化 .
The corrosion inhibition mechanism of tungstate used alone in neutral aqueous solutions was studies by measuring potentiodynamic polarization curves. The effect of several kinds of anions, dissolved oxygen and pH value on open circuit potential and potentiodynamic polarization was investigated and discussed. The results of experiments showed that there was competitive adsorption among WO 4 2- ,Cl - and OH - on the surface of carbon steel. Heightening the concentration of dissolved oxygen conduced to suppressing propagation of corrosion pits.[SO 4 2- ]<10 -2 mol/L had hardly effect on it. Carbon steel could not be passivated in high SO 4 2- concentration solutions.
