摘要
根据海洋平台对顶驱电控房的防爆要求,选择正压防爆形式对系统进行保护,主要介绍了正压防爆系统的硬件组成与工作原理、电气控制流程、气路设计、系统调试以及现场应用等。试验结果表明:系统运行稳定,满足海洋平台的使用要求;可推广至陆地使用,提高电气系统运行的安全性、可靠性;可应用于其它有防爆要求的类似房体结构中。
According to the explosion-proof requirements of offshore platform for top drive control room, we adopted positive pressure explosionproof system to protect the electric equipment. This paper mainly introduces hardware components and working principle of positive pressure explosion-proof system, the flow of electric control, air route design, system debugging and field application and so on. The test results show that : the system runs stably, meets the requirements of offshore platform; the system can be extended to land use, to improve the safety and reliability of electrical system; the system can also be used in the other similar structure which has explosionproof requirements.
