声子晶体梁在燃料电池车副车架减振中的应用研究 被引量:8

摘要 由于燃料电池汽车的中低频振动突出,而声子晶体在中低频的带隙特征可用于衰减该种振动。通过有限元仿真分析单振子、多振子声子晶体梁在副车架上减振特性的应用,表明声子晶体梁对副车架振动有较好衰减作用,且多振子带隙更丰富,可用于呈倍频关系的减振降噪中;研究的振子周期排列结构、副车架纵梁结构及副车架厚度对减振特性影响,可为声子晶体在汽车减振降噪的应用提供新思路。 A fuel-cell vehicle has problems of middle and low-frequency vibration and the band-gap characterastic of a phonouic crystal can be used to reduce the vibrations of a fuel-cell vehicle. The vibration reduction characteristics of a single oscillator phononic crystal beam and a muhioscillator one plied to a subframe of a fuel-cell car were studied with the FE simulation method. It was indicated that the phononic crystal beam has a good performance in vibration reduction, a muhioscillator phononic crystal beam has more band-gaps used to reduce muhi-frequency vibration and noise; The influences of the oscillator periodically arranged structure, the structure of the sub-frame rails and the subframe thickness on the vibration reduction characteristics were studied. The results offered a new idea for application of phononic crystals in reducing vibrations and noises of fuel-cell cars.
