Vilfredo Pareto analyzed the relationship between truth and use with the theory tool about Residues and Deriva- tions. He debunked the behavior such as making the nonlogical action looking like logistic which has been universal, then he constructed the model on the balance of social operation. Fundamentally, it is the process about the deconstruetion and recon- struction on the human nature and social order.
