试论我国当前社会分层的动力及演变趋势

On the Driving Force and Trends of Evolution About China's Current Social Stratification

我国社会处于由传统社会向现代社会、由农业社会向工业社会、由封闭社会向开放社会、由计划经济体制向市场经济体制的转型时期,社会阶层结构向现代化发展;由经济发展、体制转型、教育发展等带来的社会流动促进了社会阶层结构的演变;随着经济社会的发展和各项配套制度、政策的改革完善,我国社会阶层结构将朝着以中间阶层为主体的"橄榄型"的合理结构演变。

Chinese society is in the transition from tradional society, agricultural society, closed society and planned econo- my to modern society, industrial society, open society and market economy, and social class structure is being modernized. Social mobility,which is resulted from the economy＇ s development, the system＇ s transformation, and the education＇ s pro- gress, has promoted the evolution of the social class structure. With the development of the national economy, the reform and improvement of sorts of systems and policys, the social class structure of China will evolve towards a structure whose shape is like an Olive, in which the middle class becomes principal.
