文章通过对陇南市部分农村民办幼儿园教师的工作环境、工资待遇、工作压力、职业满意度等方面进行问卷调查与访谈,研究我省农村民办幼儿园教师的生存状况,分析了影响农村民办幼儿园教师生存状况的因素,提出了相应的对策与建议。

In this paper, through the working environment of the Longaan rural private kindergarten teachers,wages,work- ing pressure, career satisfaction questionnaires and interviews, the writer studies the living conditions of the rural private kin- dergarten teachers, and analyzes the impact or private kindergarten teachers in rural areas, and proposes the corresponding and suggestions.
