摘要
采用纸上萌发的方法研究了五种蔬菜(小白菜、红菜苔、茼蒿、萝卜和胡萝卜)萌发期耐盐碱胁迫的能力,芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、盐害指数、胚芽长、胚根长和胚鲜重等指标比较了五种蔬菜的抗盐性。结果表明,胡的耐盐性最强,萝卜和茼蒿其次,小白菜和红菜苔耐盐性较差。
Salinity tolerance were compared in five kinds of vegetable with 100 mmol/L NaC1 as salt stress treatment at seed germi- nation stage. The results showed that salinity tolerance of carota seeds was stongest, radish and gartand chrysanthemum were the second, and pakehoi and red vegetable were weak from the indicators of the germination potential, germination rate, germination in- dex, embryo length and embryo fresh weight.
