老子的危机管理思想体系初探

Analyzing the Laotse's Ideological System of Crisis Management

危机四伏的时代社会特质与老子的忧患精神及其自然、社会、人类一体化的逻辑思维相结合,生成了老子的危机管理思想。老子论及了道德、欲望、诚信、政治、人生(生命)、战争(用兵)等危机内容,分析了导致危机的违道、不知、奢泰、强争等危机诱因,提出了道体德用、道体民本、无为而治、少私寡欲、见微知著等预防和化解危机的方法对策;由此构成了老子的"危机内容——危机诱因——危机预防——危机化解"的危机管理思想体系。

Laotse＇ s ideology of crisis management is the producet of the social characteristics of the perilous era combined with his spirit of misery, nature, social and human beings＇ integrated logic thinking. I..aotse related the content of crisis management, such as morality, desire, honesty, policy, life and war （ especially in commanding troops） ; and analyzed the inducement of crises like vio- lating law, ignorance, vanity and rapacity. Laotse also brought forward methods and countermeasures to prevent and resolve the cri- sis including using moral and citizen- oriented methods which came from ethics, governing without interruption, having simple views and seeing how things would develop from the first small beginning. Thus, Laotse＇ s ideological system of crisis management was composed by its content, cause, prevention and resolution.
