综合疗养因子对老年人心梗后功能康复的影响

The Influence on Comprehensive Recuperation Faetors to Functional Rehabilitation of Myocardial Infarction Patient

目的：观察综合疗养因子对心梗后病人功能康复的影响。方法：将住院治疗病情稳定的心梗病人随机分为康复组和药物组。药物组只进行药物治疗，康复组在药物治疗的基础上进行音乐疗法、太极拳、保健操、景观、游泳、心理治疗等综合康复治疗4～24周，观察治疗前后两组血压、血脂、心脏超声、6分钟步行试验等项目，进行统计学分析。结果：与药物组相比，康复组在血压（138±4．2／82±6．2、132±5．1／76：152±7．6／89，P〈0．05），TC（3．8±0．5、2．6±0．7：9．7±0．8，p〈0．05），TG（2．3±0．4、1．7±0．6：2．8±0．7，P〈0．05），HDL-C（2．1±0．5、1．8±0．6：2．8±0．9，P〈0．05），左室射血分数（58±5．0、64±5．2：50±6．3，P〈0．05），6分钟步行试验（464±82、542±92：362±88，P〈0．05），心率（76±18、74±12：90±18，P〈0．05）方面均显著好于药物组，自觉症状明显好转，生活质量显著提高。结论：综合疗养因子对改善心脏功能、提高运动耐量和生活质量，减轻心血管疾病危险因素等方面均有显著作用，对改善病人症状，提高生活质量效果明显。

Objective： To observe the influence on comprehensive recuperation factors to func- tional rehabilitation of myocardial infarction patient. Methods： The myocardial infarction patients who treated in hospital and had stable disease were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and medicine group. Medicine group was treated by using drug. Basis on the medicine group, rehabilita- tion group were used music therapy, taijiquan, health exercises, sightseeing, swimming, psychother- apy, and other comprehensive rehabilitation therapy. After 4 to 24 weeks, observed the blood pres- sure, blood fat, echocardiography, 6 minute walking test between two groups before and after treat- ment. Results： Compared with medicine group, the blood pressure（138± 4.2/82± 6.2, 132± 5.1/76, 152±7.6/89, P〈0.05）, TC（3.8-0.5,2.6±0.7： 9.7±0.8, P〈0.05）, TG（2.3±0.4, 1.7±0.612,8±0.7, P〈 0.05 ）, HDL-C （2.1±0.5, 1.8±0.6.2.8±0.9, P〈 0.05）, left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） （ 58± 5.0,64±5.2： 50±6.3, P〈0.05）, 6 minute walking test（464±82, 542±92： 362±88, P〈0105）, heart rate （76± 18,74± 12： 90±18, P〈0.05）of rehabilitation group were better than that of medicine group. Consciously symptoms improved significantly and the quality of life improved significantly. Conclusion： Comprehensive recuperation factors can improve the cardiac function, enhance the ex- ercise tolerance and quality of life, reduce cardiovascular disease risk factors, etc. It has obvious ef- fect in symptom improvement and the quality of life.
