电针结合微波、中频脉冲电治疗面神经炎60例临床疗效观察

The Clinical Efficacy Observation About The Treatment of Facial Neuritis With The Electroacupuncture Combining Microwave and The Intermediate Frequency-Pulse Electrotherapy

目的：观察电针加微波、中频脉冲电治疗面神经炎的疗效。方法：（1）电针：取阳白、四白、颊车、地仓、太阳、颧髂、合谷等，接通电针仪，选用疏密波，通电、留针30分钟；（2）中频脉冲电疗：神经炎处方，强度以肌肉轻微跳动、患者能耐受为度，每次20分钟；（3）微波（毫米波）：采用圆形辐射器照射耳后茎乳孔处，每次20分钟，1次／d，14天为一个疗程，疗程间休息1-2天。结果：治疗面神经炎病人60例，其中治愈51例，好转8例，无效1例，治愈率85％，总有效率98．3％。结论：电针结合微波、中频脉冲电治疗面神经炎疗效确切，值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy about the treatment of facial neuritis with the eleetroacupuncture combining microwave and the intermediate frequency-pulse electrotherapy. Methods： （1）Acupoint of electroacupuncture： Yangbai, Sibai, Jiache, Dicang, Taiyang, Quanliao, Hegu, etc. Connected the electronic-aeupression instrument, choose the dilatational wave, electri- fied and remained the needle about 30min. （2） Intermediate frequency-pulse electrotherapy： Neuri- tis prescription, the intensity was making the muscle bounce slightly and the patients can tolerate for the degree, each time was 20min. （3） Microwave （millimeter waves） Using the cyclo-radiator to irradiate stylomastoid foramen for 20min each time and ltime a day. A period of treatment was 14 days. After a course of treatment patients could rest for 1-2 days. Results： The therapy of patients with facial neuritis was 60 cases, 51 cases were cured, 8 cases were improved, 1 case was invalid, the cure rate was 85%, the total effective rate was 98.3%. Conclusion： The treatment of facial neuri- tis with the electroacupuncture combining microwave and the intermediate frequency-pulse electro- therapy has the exact efficacy, so it is worth clinical promotion.
