小儿脑瘫精细动作早期干预及护理对策

The Early Intervention and Nursing Strategy about Fine Motor of Child Cerebral Palsy

目的：探讨1岁以内脑性瘫痪（CP）患儿精细动作早期干预及护理对患儿精细动作的影响。方法：将111例CP患儿随机分为干预组（58例）和对照组（53例）两组，两组患儿均给予常规康复训练，治疗组在此基础上进行精细动作早期干预，并针对干预中遇到问题采取相应护理对策，经过2个月干预及护理，进行脑瘫儿童精细运动功能评估量表（FMFM）评定及临床疗效观察。结果：干预组与对照组患儿FMFM值较治疗前均有显著性减小（P〈0．05），与对照组相比，干预组患儿FMFM值有显著性减小（P〈0．01），干预组临床疗效较对照组有显著性改善（p=0．01），干预组有效率（80．66％）较对照组（45.28％）有明显增加。结论：常规康复训练基础上进行精细动作早期干预及相应护理，可有效提高CP患儿精细运动功能。

Objective： To explore the effection of the early intervention and the nursing to the fine motor of the children who had the Cerebral palsy （CP） within 1 year old. Methods： 111 children with CP were randomly divided into intervention group （58 cases） and control group （53 cases） , two groups were received conventional rehabilitation training , on this basis, intervention group were given early intervention of fine motor, and they were taken nursing strategy appropriately while running into problems in the intervention. After 2 months, the patients were evaluated by us- ing the Fine Motor Function Measure （FMFM） of children and observed the clinical efficacy. Re- sults： FMFM titre of intervention group and control group were significantly lower than before （P〈 0.05）. Compared with control group, the FMFM titre of intervention group had reduced significant- ly （P〈0.01）.The clinical efficacy of intervention group improved significantly comparing with con- trol group （P〈0.01）. The effective rate of intervention group （80.66%） is significantly higher than that of control group （45.28%）. Conclusion： Carrying on the early intervention of fine motor and the relevant nursing which was based on the conventional rehabilitation training can significantly improve the fine motor of CP children.
