摘要
铝合金管材挤压时在其内表面产生的螺旋纹状擦伤，是一种有规律性的严重表面缺陷。研究了这种擦伤产生的机制及影响因素，提出了消除擦伤措施。
The inwall spiral defect of aluminium alloy pipes during extrusion is a kind of serious defect that obey some laws. The causation of this kind of defect and relevant factors are studied. The methods of decreasing the defect are presented.
