64例肝外伤临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of 64 Cases Liver Trauma

目的：对64例肝外伤患者-陆床治疗进行分析，探究手术与非手术治疗肝外伤的临床诊断和治疗注意事项。方法：对我院2010年1月～12月收治的64例肝外伤患者，按照病情分别进行手术和非手术治疗。结果：手术治疗死亡10例，其他手术治疗和非手术治疗患者最终全部痊愈。结论：无论是手术方式治疗肝外伤，还是非手术方式治疗肝外伤，都应以止血为主手段，止血是治疗肝外伤的第一步。

Objective： To analyze the clinical treatment of 64 patients with liver trauma, explore the clinical diagnosis and announcements of treatment between operation and non-operation to treat liver trauma. Methods： 64 patients with liver trauma were selected from January 2010 to December 2010. All of them were divided into operation group and non-operation group according to the pa- tient＇s condition. Results： 10 cases in operative treatment were died, others and non-operation pa- tients were cured finally. Conclusion： Whether operation or non-operation of treat liver trauma, the main method is hemostasis. Hemostasis is the first step in the treatment of liver trauma.
