柴葛调脂方治疗高脂血症100例疗效观察

Chaige Tiaozhi Prescription in the Treatment of Hyperlipidemia - Clinical Observation of 100 Cases

目的：探讨柴葛调脂方结合西药治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法：将我院2009年6月至2011年5月收治的100例高脂血症患者用柴葛调脂方进行治疗，8周为一个疗程，治疗一个疗程后评价疗效。结果：显效68例，有效27例，无效5例，总有效率为95．O％。结论：柴葛调脂方治疗高脂血症疗效显著，副作用少，值得临床推广及进行新药开发。

Objective： To discuss the clinical efficacy of Chaige tiaozhi prescription combined with western medicine in treating hyperlipidemia. Methods： 100 patients with hyperlipidemia who were cured in our department from June 2009 to May 2011 were treated by Chaige tiaozhiprescrip- tion. One course of treatment had 8 weeks, they were assessed the efficacy after one course. Re- suits： 68 cases had marked effect, 27 cases were effective, 5 cases were invalid. The total effective rate was 95.0%. Conclusion： Chaige tiaozhi prescription treating hyperlipidemia has remarkable cu- rative effect, and has little side effects. It is worthy of popularization and drug development.
