蛙式四步扳法治疗骶髂关节半脱位43例

Clinical Observation of Frog Shape Four-step Pulling Method for the Treatment of 43 Patients with Sacroiliac Joint Subluxation

目的：观察蛙式四步扳法治疗骶髂关节半脱位的，临床疗效。方法：采用浙江中医药大学范炳华教授所创的蛙式四步扳法（自体牵引、极度屈髋屈膝、蛙式扳法和后伸扳法4步）治疗骶髂关节半脱位患者43例，观察其疗效。结果：43例患者，治愈29例，显效11例，无效1例，总有效率为93．02％。结论：蛙式四步扳法治疗骶髂关节半脱位具有操作简单、疗效高、疗程短、患者易于接受等优点。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of frog shape four-step pulling method for the treatment of 43 patients with sacroiliac joint subluxation. Methods： 43 patients with sacroiliac joint subluxation were treated by the frog shape four-step pulling method （include autotraction, ex- tremely flexed hip and knees, frog shape pulling method and rear protraction pulling method 4 steps） which was created by professor Fan Bing-hua in Zhejiang Chinese Medical University. Ob-serve the efficacy. Results： In the 43 patients, 29 cases were cured, llcases had marked effect and lcase without effect. The total effective rate was 93.02%. Conclusion： Frog shape four-step pulling method in treating sacroiliac joint subluxation had advantage of simple operator, high efficacy, short treatment course and easy to accept to patient.
