针灸推拿结合穴位注射治疗坐骨神经痛的临床疗效观察

Effect Observation of Acupuncture and Massage Combined with Acupoint Injection in the Treatment of Sciatica

目的：观察针刺推拿结合穴位注射治疗坐骨神经痛的临床疗效。方法：将78例患者随机分为2组，治疗组采用针刺、推拿及穴位注射疗法，取环跳及委中等穴位，注射液是香丹注射液、维生素B12及2％利多卡因的混合液；对照组单纯采用针刺及推拿疗法治疗。结果：治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为92．11％、73．68％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：针灸推拿结合穴位注射治疗坐骨神经痛-临床疗效肯定，值得推广运用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture and massage combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of sciatica. Methods： 78 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group were treated by acupuncture （Huantiao and Weizhong）, massage and acupoint injection （Mixed liquor of Xiangdan injection, vitamin B 12 and 2% lidocaine）. Control group were treated by acupuncture and massage. Results： The total effective rate is 92.11% in treatment group and 73.68% in control group. Comparison of two groups had sig- nificant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The therapy of acupuncture and massage combined with acupoint injection has sure efficacy, and it is worthy of application in clinic.
