针灸配合手法治疗颈性眩晕

Acupuncture Cooperated With Technique in the Treatment of Cervical Vertigo

目的：观察针灸配合手法治疗颈性眩晕的疗效，以寻找治疗颈性眩晕的理想方法。方法：治疗组采取针灸配合颈部手法治疗，对照组采用常规的颈部手法治疗，治疗一个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果：治疗组43例，治愈35例，好转6例，无效2例，总有效率95．35％；对照组43例，治愈26例，好转7例，无效10例，总有效率76．74％；总有效率治疗组明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：针灸配合手法治疗颈性眩晕疗效较好。

Objective： To observe efficacy of acupuncture cooperated with technique in the treat- ment of cervical vertigo, for finding the ideal method. Methods： Treatment group was used acupunc- ture cooperated with cervical technique, while control group was used conventional cervical tech- nique. They were assessed the efficacy after one course. Results： There were 43 cases in treatment group, 35 cases were cured, 6 cases improved, 2 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 95.35%. In control group, 26 cases were cured, 7 cases improved, 10 cases were invalid, the total ef- fective rate was 76.74%. The effective rate in treatment group was obvious higher than that in con- trol group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of acupuncture cooperated with technique in the treat- ment of cervical vertigo is preferable.
